As an American, my German skills have greatly improved. Pascal has taught me proper word usage, how to pronounce words correctly (since German has difficult syllables), and mostly importantly for me how to hold a conversation. I have learned a lot of new vocabulary, including idioms. He teaches at a good pace and knows where his students are struggling. I feel very motivated that I made an accomplishment in the end.

私はデュッセルドルフにある日本の飲食店で働いています。来る前に日本でドイツ語を習いましたが、ドイツ人が話すドイツ語は全然わからずがっくりしていたところ、友達にパスカル先生を紹介してもらいました。パスカル先生のドイツ語レッスンでは文法はもちろん、すぐ使えるドイツ語を具体的に教えてもらえるのでとても助かっています。ドイツ人が話していることも、少しずつだけどわかってきました。そして楽しい、これが一番！
